Where is your office located?
Our office is located in the Slavin Building, easily accessed via Bonhomme Road in downtown Clayton, MO. Parking is free. Our office is also accessible and disability-friendly.
What are your fees and insurance policies?
Fees for each therapist are based on education, training, and years of experience in the counseling field. Typical fees range from $100-$130. We offer a no cost consultation to make sure we’re a good fit. The majority of our clinicians are out-of-network providers and may not accept insurance outright for therapy and services. If you’re unsure if you have out-of-network benefits, call your insurance company and ask whether or they they offer reimbursement for behavior health. It’s worth asking the question as you seek the best therapist fit for you. More information about each clinicians rates and insurances accepted can be provided in the initial phone call. Do I have to have skill or training as a dancer to engage in dance/movement therapy?
Not at all! Dance/movement therapy can be beneficial to all people as a way to creatively self-express and explore your own authentic movement.
How do I get access to the Client Portal?
New clients will receive access to the Client Portal after providing Emovere with their email address and being sent intake forms. Returning clients can access the portal by clicking here.
Do you have virtual services available?
Yes; we are happy to offer Telehealth services using a HIPAA secure platform through Simple Practice. Telehealth services are available to anyone in the state of Missouri.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We prioritize our clients by holding space for each person we see. When clients cancel an appointment, our clinicians offer that space to other clients who need an appointment that week. When clients cancel within 24-hours or are a no show, other clients miss out on an opportunity to be seen. If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with your provider with at least 24-hour notice. Anyone canceling an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full session fee.
